Ecosa Institute
Applications are now being accepted for the Total Immersion Program
in Sustainable Design. The program is limited to fifteen participants.
Ecosas immersion program in sustainable design is an intensive
semester program for college-level design students and graduates
interested in learning and advancing sustainability as applied
to architecture, planning, landscape architecture and interior
design. The program is complimentary to that offered in most design
schools.
Guest lecturers include Michael Sorkin, Antoine Predock,
James Wines, Paolo Soleri, Will Bruder, Sym Van der Ryn, and many
others. The semester includes real projects and travel throughout
Arizona to ancient and modern sites including Canyon de Chelly,
Wupatki, Taliesin West and Grand Canyon National Park.
